Guest ministry with a pastor’s heart

Rev. Billy McCalip brings almost 20 years of ministry experience, including 14 years as the founding pastor of a church in Maine. He understands the responsibility of the pulpit and the importance of a guest minister serving in unity with the pastor and church leadership.

Before a service, Billy is glad to discuss the congregation, schedule, ministry emphasis, and practical details with the pastor. The goal is not to arrive with demands, but to serve faithfully, preach Jesus Christ, and strengthen the local church.

Pulpit supply and help during pastoral transitions

A pastor may need help for one service, a short season, or while a church is between pastors. McCalip Family Ministries prayerfully considers opportunities to provide guest preaching and pulpit supply while respecting the authority and direction of the church’s leaders.

Billy’s pastoral background helps him speak to the real needs of congregations with compassion and biblical clarity. He and Angela are also glad to encourage ministry teams and people carrying added responsibility during a transition.

Preaching and music ministry together

Billy ministers through Bible preaching and singing. Angela is an experienced pianist, and together they share Gospel music, prayer, and personal encouragement. Their combined ministry can serve a regular church service, a special meeting, or a series of services.

They travel throughout the United States and have also served Gospel work abroad. Every invitation is prayerfully considered, whether it comes from a large congregation or a small church in need of encouragement.
